About Paul Dean Architect

Paul is a RIBA Chartered Architect and is on the register of the Architects Registration Board. Paul Dean Architect Limited was established in 2014. The practice focuses on residential projects for domestic clients and developers.

Paul spent 15 years in the bespoke furniture industry with roles including designer maker, manager of a furniture manufacturer (Pearl Dot) and manager of furniture and lighting shop Acadia with outlets in Clerkenwell and Islingtion.

He retrained in architecture and was awarded a First with Honours from the University of Westminster and went on to do his Diploma at Oxford Brookes University where his studies were focused on sustainability and alternative construction methods. Paul completed his RIBA Part 3 course at The Bartlett (UCL) qualifying in December of 2013.

Paul Dean Architect has had many successful planning applications in Richmond and several other London Boroughs.
